Kim Behm a resident of Cedar Falls, Iowa has been painting since childhood. He received is Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the University of New Mexico. Behm has spent most of his professional career as a commercial illustrator. He has won numerous awards from the Society of Illustrators in New York, as well as, from various advertising and trade groups.

Oil is Behm's choice of medium. He particularily enjoys working with portraits and rural vistas.
